Challenge
Flaix FM and Flaixbac (Flaix Group) are among the most popular music radio stations in Catalonia. Radio is still a very traditional industry, and changes take time. However, they are committed to starting their digital transformation and leading change in the industry. Since they did not have an in-house development team, they required an agency that could commit not only to the engineering aspect, but also to the product level.
The original idea was to begin developing new products for the company. However, after our initial analysis, we identified several problems that needed to be addressed. As a team, we prioritized these issues based on their severity and developed a plan to address all of them
Solution
We spent many days analyzing all the pieces that have been developed over the years in-depth to understand where we stood. After this was done, we created a list of priorities and began executing them.
The objective is to always provide maximum value, ensuring that each delivery is the one that makes the most sense at that moment.
